All sessions will be running from 3rd of February 2025 to 19th of June 2025 

*All school holidays are excluded

KINDERGARTEN (KG Level)

From 2:20 PM – 4:00 PM

PRIMARY SCHOOL & SECONDARY SCHOOL

TERM 2 2024-2025 CCA PARENT HANDBOOK

Note on registrations: On the booking page, please scroll down to the days of the week. For each day, you will find the afternoon programme with all important information about individual activities (class, time, location and costs) as well as the booking link on the right-hand side of each page. Please note that many CCA’s have limited number of slots and that it may not be possible to accommodate all registrations. The minimum number of participants for Gulf Star Sports CCA is 6 and for DISD CCA is 4.

Sports Teams, Choir and the School Band are set, but your child may qualify by performing well during PE/Music class.

CCA FreeSkating: There will be 100aed usage fee for skates to be paid to Mr Brösgen

NO CCA SESSIONS ON THE FOLLOWING DATES:

13th February 2025  (Midterm Break)

27th February - 24th March 2025 (Ramadan TBC) Optional booking possible for GS CCAs. NO School bus service after CCAs during Ramadan. 

24th March - 04th April 2025 (Spring Break)

30th April - 01 May 2025 - (Parents Teacher Conference) No DISD  CCAs for the school. Only CCAs offering for Kindergarten and GS will take place. 

05th June  (Eid Al Adha)

16th June - 19th June (Grade Conferences) No DISD  CCAs for the school. Only CCAs offering for Kindergarten and GS will take place. 

Additional information:

DISD Teacher- Led Activities will end on the 12th of June 2025

Gulf Star Sport Led Activities ends on the 19th of June 2025

*If you use the school bus service, please remember to inform STS of the new pick-up time after CCA registration.
