Program Details




  • Term 1 of the Academic Year 2025–2026

  • ECA's will commence the week starting on Monday 8th September and will end on 22nd January 2026

  • Grades: Primary, Secondary and KG all






Activity Offerings



Our exciting offers include: Karate, Gymnastics and Football, Basket ball, Dance, Drama and Film Making, LEGO Robotics, And Piano


Teacher's Led Activities include: Art Club, Creative Club, Arabish Conversation, Arabic Cooking, Quran, DELF, Kinder Yoga, Kids In Bewegung, Marchen club, Free skating, French Cooking, Life and Wellness





Drop & Pick up procedure





Kindergarten



CCA Timings: 2:20pm - 4:00pm



All Kindergarten students under our CCAs will be gathered and will be picked up at the mini sportshall in the KG area at 2:15pm by the Gulf Star Team/Coaches.



After the session, student collection will take place at the Main Reception/Lobby at 4:00 PM.





Primary and Secondary



CCA Timings: 2:40pm - 4:10pm



All students registered for CCA must go to the meeting point at the canteen before 2:40pm and wait to meet the coaches and teachers.

No CCA Sessions on the following dates:





  • 8th October, 19th November and 14th January (PD; no DISD CCAs for school and Kiga, but Gulf Star CCAs will take place as scheduled)

  • 13th October – 17th October (Fall Break)

  • 4th – 5th November (PCD; no DISD CCAs for school, but Kiga and Gulf Star CCAs will take place as scheduled)

  • 2nd - 3rd December (Public Holidays)

  • 8th December – 2nd January (Winter Break)

We aim to support children and adults in accessing a wide variety of different opportunities through providing extra curricular activities, holiday camps, sporting academies and sports facility management within educational establishments and other leisure and sporting venues.
